Whether it is stress, grief, trauma, painful relationships, and other distressing transitions, sometimes we get stuck and need a bit of support to move through them. My desire is to create a warm and safe space to process together, and make a decision on how to take the next steps towards your goals.

I often work with partners who deeply care and love each other, and yet find themselves stuck in a pattern of conflict or disconnection. Whether the issues at hand may be related to life adjustments and stress, grief/loss, or infidelity, I hold hope for building trust and creating connection through the challenging process.

Pre-marital counseling can be one of the best investments for your relationship by setting up a good foundation for connection and communication. We can work together to customize it according to your particular needs and preferences.

Practice Information

I offer HIPAA-compliant virtual sessions for clients located anywhere in Illinois or Florida. In-person sessions are available for Illinois clients in Barrington, IL.

INSURANCE : I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO and United Healthcare. You are responsible for any deductible, co-pay or co-insurance related to your specific benefits. Please confirm your mental health coverage benefits with your specific plan.

SELF-PAY / OUT OF NETWORK : If you prefer to not use insurance, or if I am considered out-of-network for your insurance, you are responsible for the full fee each session. I am happy to provide a "superbill" (an itemized receipt) for you to take advantage of any out-of-network benefits your insurance plan may offer.

FEES : (your first visit includes an one-time set-up fee)

  • Individual Sessions (initial $170 | subsequent $140)

  • Couples/Family Sessions (initial $170 | subsequent $150)
